Office hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Central.

The 24/7 cover is the service we run for clients. Our own office line keeps office hours -- outside them, use the form or the booking link.

What the phones actually do, measured

39.7% of inbound calls arrived outside 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday in the CALLER local timezone (31,134 of 78,435 calls whose timezone resolved), over the 90 days from 2026-05-03 to 2026-08-01. Weekday evenings after 17:00 are 24,989 of them, weekends 4,661, and weekday mornings before 08:00 the remaining 1,484.

That is the inbound traffic on the programs we run for clients, not this office's own line -- our line keeps the hours above. It is the reason after-hours cover is a service worth buying: the calls are arriving whether or not anyone is there.

Seconds a caller waits for a live agent once an inbound call reaches ccdocs, when it is answered at all -- Median 0 seconds. 43,926 of 48,761 answered inbound calls (90.1%) were connected to an agent with no measurable hold at all; the 95th percentile waited 1 second, the 99th waited 4 seconds and the longest wait in 90 days was 53 seconds (2026-05-03 to 2026-08-01).

Read the clock honestly: it starts when the call reaches our switch, not when the caller dials, so carrier ring time before that is not in this figure and never will be -- no instrument we own can see it. This is also a measurement of ANSWERED calls only; it says how fast an answered call gets a person, not how many calls get answered.

What the discovery call covers

It is a scoping call, not a pitch deck. We are trying to work out whether there is a problem here worth paying to fix, and both possible answers are useful to you.

  1. 1. What happens to a lead today. Who picks up, how long it takes, and where it goes afterwards. Most of the diagnosis is in this answer.
  2. 2. Where the coverage breaks. Nights, weekends, the week after a hailstorm, or the whole day because everyone is on a roof. These need different fixes.
  3. 3. What the handoff looks like. A booked appointment has to arrive somewhere a human will see it -- your CRM, your calendar, or a text to a specific phone.
  4. 4. Whether per-appointment or a build-out fits. Buying appointments and building your own floor are different decisions with different economics. Pricing lays both out.

Worth having in front of you

None of this is required. Having it turns a vague call into a specific one.

  • Your weekly call and lead volume, even as a rough range. It sets the size of everything else.
  • The hours you actually need covered, in your customers' timezone rather than your office's.
  • Where leads come from now -- storm canvassing, paid forms, a lead vendor, referrals. Shared vendor leads change the speed requirement completely.
  • The CRM or system of record, and whether anyone checks it at 8 p.m.
  • The states you work in, which decides both licensing questions and calling-hour rules.

If you would rather hear the work before you describe yours, the twenty published appointment calls are the fastest way to do that.

Every one of them ended in a booked appointment, because that is what the reel was curated to show -- listen to them as a sample of craft, never as a booking rate. Source: The published call recordings at https://ccdocs.com/roofing-storm-appointments/live-calls/.

Common questions

What are your hours, and what happens if I call outside them?
The Houston office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Central. Outside those hours use the form or the booking link -- both are picked up the next business morning. The answering service we run for clients covers nights, weekends and storm surges; our own office line does not.
Do I have to book a call, or can I just email?
Use the email address in the contact card above if you want a written answer to a specific question, such as coverage in your state or how a handoff into your CRM works. Book the discovery call if you want a recommendation, because that needs your call volume and your current intake process, and those take a conversation rather than a thread.
What do you need from me on the first call?
Roughly how many inbound calls and web leads you get in a normal week, what happens to one today, the hours you need covered, the CRM or spreadsheet the lead has to land in, and the states you work. If you do not know your volumes, say so on the call -- estimating them together is a reasonable first step and pretending to know is not.
Can I hear what your agents actually sound like before I talk to anyone?
Yes. Twenty consent-cleared roofing appointment calls are published in full at /roofing-storm-appointments/live-calls/, including the objections. They are outbound appointment-setting calls chosen to show how the conversation is handled, so treat them as a sample of craft rather than as a booking rate.
I am looking for a job, not for a call center. Where do I go?
Applications do not go through this form. Use /become-a-call-center-agent/, which is the hiring page and the only route that reaches the recruiting side.
Where are you based, and do you only work with Texas contractors?
The office is at 12828 Willow Centre Dr Ste D #255, Houston, TX 77066. The work is remote-delivered across the United States, and the roofing program concentrates in the high-storm states -- Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Kansas.
